Does anybody setup thier GL or Web ADI to be accessed by the external users

 Currently we are on release 11.5.10.2 and have a request to allow some of our treasurer volunteer to have access externally to our GL application. They basically need to be able to upload their JE activities to our GL application. Then our Controller's Department will validate and post their journals on to GL application. Currently, they email their xcl worksheet and requires too many manual steps. We have around 300 such external users.

We are thinking to giving these external users access to our Web ADI and this way they be able to directly upload their file to GL interface via Web ADI.
