Tool to compare Oracle 9i vs 10g explain plans

I am working on an upgrade to 10.2.0.4.3. 
I am running on Oracle 9.2.0.8 currently.

Does anyone know of a 3rd party tool or an Oracle tool to compare explain plan between 2 versions?   I wish I could go to Oracle 11g so I could use SQL Performance Analyzer, but this is a vendor based application, and it is only certified up to 10g.  

Anyone know of any tools to do this?
