Disable file conversion

 Hi,
How can I disable the convert icon within the menu.
When I set [DISABLE] Convert=1 under [Options] within the avwin.ini file, it works only for 2D drawings.
When I open a 3D file the icon is available again.
Is this not possible for 3D?
