Changing the default search for changing record owner
When I or my team try to change the owner of a record (contact, account, opportunity, etc), it has a default search for "Alias". I have looked around and can't find where to change that to Last Name... We have all of our company data in the system in all CAPS because of the case sensitivity, and the Alias is in Proper Case. This confuses them, becuase they get no results when searching in all capital letters.
How would I make this change?
