Connecttion between "Process Transaction interface and inventory transaction worker..

 I think this question would rather be for inventory module... To process a transaction from TOI the inventory Manager should be running which submits the request " Process transaction interface" this should always be scheduled from a resp in which security rule is not defined... Now my question is that is there any relationship between "Inventory Transaction Worker" and " Process Transaction Worker" also If Process Transaction interface is unknowingly submitted from a resp in which security is defined what would happ to Inventory Transaction Worker.
