AWR/ADDM Reports are not available all of sudden..

 Hi,

We have noticed that AWR/ADDM reports not available all of sudden in one of the instances of 4 node RAC Instance and I do not have clue as what caused it.  As far as I know, we have not made any changes to the database.

Would you please let me know as how to figure out this problem.
