window reset regular(rac)

 dear all:

          my rac(10.0.2.0.1) install in window 2003 platform.but the windows reset every serval days.and only one site can run now.how to solve the problem.

          when i installed my rac,i use oracle cluster software not windows cluster software.after reset,one site was broken . and on this site can't see storage,oracle service can't startup.

          do i need install some patches ?  please tell me what patched i need install .
