Collaboration Suite - possible upgrades

I am new here. Our small company has a lot of important application based on Oracle technology.
We are using Oracle Collaboration Suite 10.2.1.4. We have some small but troublesome problem with this product which are based on the age of this version. Main problem is the newer browsers are not working perfectly with old version.
My first question: Is my question asked in the right discussion forum or which forum do You recommend for me?
If I am on the place I would ask the community which way do you suggest to go to update my product to a better one? Or has similar situation on another systems and somebody already found the way and can advise to me?
