How to compare two tables that are identical and having a column of TYPE datatype

Problem : How to compare two tables that are identical and having a column of TYPE datatype
Database:  10.2.0.4
OS :  Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)
Description : 
We want to compare the data from two tables which are having identical columns, so column by column data comparison is required, now for  column data type which are as TYPE we need to know the method as to how to compare those columns against the tables, for your reference here is the structure of the table:
