APPL_SERVER_ID - Where to find it on server?

Hello All,

 

I am trying to install Discoverer on a new Machine. On my old machines it was a .dbc file that contains a list of values. One is the APPL_SERVER_ID. Does anyone know how/where to find this value on Linux x86 Redhat ES4? I think we need this file for the application to run properly.
