Cannot install Critical Patch 9166861 via Enterprise Manager

Hi

I tried to install the CPU 9166861 via Enterprise Manager. All looks good until all the services are shut down.

From there on nothing happens. Even if I manualy start everything afterwards.

I tried to install the CPU manually and the database doesn't want to startup after that.

I'll start all over tomorrow morning thanks to the world of virtual machines but I'm not possitive about it at all.

We use 11g R1 (11.01.07) which comes with EM 11g. There's no official documents available for it and I've to work with docs for 10.2g

Can anybody help me with this?

This CPU was released in Jan 2010 and we still couldn't manage to install it. I know I'm not working on it 24/7 but then we don't have that luxery here. If we can't get it installed it has to stand over until we have time to look at it later on.
