Cusotmer site problem!

 Hi All experts,       Now, we use R12,our customer have more than 100 stores,so we need to create more than 100 site in system,when we query the customer site ,we need to click"next ten",so, can we modify this and we can see the twenty recordes every times.how to realize this functionality?
