How to disable dbms_scheduler while importing back using impdp or rman clone

hi,  
  My question is how do i disable the dbms_scheduler jobs while i'm importing the user schemas from one database to another database or while doing a rman duplicate. This is because our scheduler jobs will ftp in to our ftp folder and get the files to be process.
