Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Must i upgrade my oracle to 10.2.0.4.0 on windows 2003

dear all:

I installed my rac on windows 2003 . my oracle is 10.2.0.1.0.

however there is something wrong with my rac.i can't find anything other wrong.must i upgrade it to 10.2.0.4.0.give my suggestion please.
