Voided interim data "sticking" in F07350/1/2/3?

Has anyone else ever had issues with voided interims "sticking" in the F07350, F07351, F07352, or F07353?  I found a SAR for this awhile back; we applied it but still have the issue from time to time. 

Last time, I cleared the files manually (using SQL), but now there is one employee who we are unable to enter an interim for at all.  It appears that somewhere he is already attached to an interim ID???

I have a case open for this, but just wondered if anyone else had seen this also...thanks!
