How to customize OEM report charts

Hello all,

I'm just starting on OEM and have managed to modify one of the custom reports "Tablespace space used (target)" to report on the tablespace %_used instead.  I have it working and the graph shows the resuis I want except for the legend.  It still says "Used (GB)" and I want it to say "Used (%)" and cannot find out how.

Can anyone tell me how to customize or create new charts?  Does one need special privileges to do so? 

I'll bet it's going to be a slap your forehead answer but I just can't see it at this time.
