Restore database on new server (RMAN)

  What I have:
Catalog DB
RMAN Full Backup of DB orcl

I would like to do the following thing:
Restore the database ( but skip the restore of some tablespaces ) on new server with new file structure from RMAN Backup


Could anyone provide me a "how to" or some tricks?
