Programmers_Guide_XE_to_9.chm seems to have password

 We have downloaded the Programmers_Guide_XE_to_9.chm document from the support site. When it is opened the contents are not visible. (Action Cancelled-Internet Explorer unable to link to document you requested) Tried re-extracting from the zip file but same result. If the .chm file is opened within the zip file all is visible and usable. This is a bit of a nuisance for the development group.


Does anyone know what the password is so we can extract properly?
