Initialising a Mobile Web Client Database

Hi,

I am a newbie to Siebel and would like to know the answer to the following doubt. Thanks for your help in advance.

What is the expected network traffic for initialising a mobile web client database assuming the method to downlod from Remote Server via network connection? Is it the size of the compressed data file (e.g. 124 MB) or uncompressed format (e.g. 2 GB)?
