Asset Allocation and Asset Assignment Extension

Hi,

 In capital projects, asset assignments can be done at project, top task and lowest level task.  The client creates multiple assets for a single project.  Due to the complexity of the WBS, the Asset assignment can be done only at Proejct Level. The expenses charged to a specific lowest level task can belong to multiple assets. 

In this case when you generate asset lines, technically all asset lines will be unassigned, due to existence of multiple assets at Project Level.  If we want to programatically assign the assets which extension is more appropriate -  Asset Allocation Basis Extension or Asset Assignment Extension.
