Missing Cost Centre in the Expansion Value in Report Manager

Hi,

I am using Report Manager to publish FSG P&L reports. 

Recently, we have added 2 new cost centres into the P&L content set. These cost centres value are shown in the FSG P&L reports.

However, these Cost Centres are no where to be found in the Expansion Value when the P&L report are run in Report Manager.  The report was run using the same P&L template. I am currently using R12.1. Is there anything I missed out??
