Contacts Box on Transactions form
When a user creates a manual invoice or credit memo by going to Transactions/Transactions in AR, the Contact Box automatically populates with email address etc. We have found that this detail is set up as Last name, First Name from the Contacts Tab on the customer Site level.
We cannot work out why this populates automatically ?
We have tried to create this on the test system but it doesn't populate automatically which is weird.
Does anyone have any pointers as to why this might be happening ?
