OPM unit of measure conversion query

 The IC_ITEM_CNV Oracle table (a table in the GMI schema which holds records relating to OPM item unit of measure conversions) contains a field entitled CONVERSION_ID. Can you please tell me which table holds the translation between CONVERSION_ID and the unit of measure names.
