Using the My Communities Master list

Morning Folks,


I saw in the master list had all the communities expanded.  I decided to close those I don't use and leave the ones I do open.  Now when I swtich communities the My Communities master list shows all of them closed (including those I expanded earlier).  Is this the way it's supposed to work?
