P6 compatibility w/ terminal services hosted on MS Server 2008 R2?

I would like to host the P6 client (either v6.2.1 or v7) via Terminal Services on Windows Server 2008 R2.  In the knowledgebase, I found an old note (ID 911805.1) which says that this is currently an incomplete service request.  Has any progress been made on this service request?  Is v7 compatible with this configuration?
