Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi.

I'm doing a migration.

SO. Windows 32 bits to Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.4 64 bits

DataBase. 10g R2 (32) to 11g R2 (64).

When I perform the import
"Ñ" character is changed by sign "?"

Why?. May someone help me please?
