Problems setting up Revenue Assurance for Billing

 I've been tasked with getting Revenue Assurance data created by BRM and have followed the instructions in the 7.3.1 documentation on how to modify the billing pin.conf files, modify the business params settings and ensure that the default item subtypes are loaded into the DB.

When I run "pin_bill_day - verbose" everything goes well until I get to the pin_inv (invoicing) processing.  I then get an undocumented error of:

****Audit Revenue Assurance Object Creation Failed****

I grepped for this message and it is definitely coming from the pin_inv process but I can't find out any other information about it.
