One node's crs can't run.

 dear all:

my os is windows2003 server R2.oracle is 10.2.0.1.0,and use ocr,vote,datafile storaged in asm.

In installing rac there is nothing wrong.and crs_stat -t shows all running properly.and they are online.howere when reboot my service machine,only the crs in first running node can run.another node's crs can't run.errors are :
