OTL: Unable to Disable CLA Functionality (Set at Global) in OTL

 Hi All, We're very curious if you've ever implemented CLA (Change Late Audit) functionality in OTL. We have incorrectly implemented it at the Global level and now need to disable it as it only is required for a Division, but unable to do it any longer from the front-end. We can no longer end-date or disable it. Wondering if anyone out there has any similar experience or work-around.
