Patch 8919063: Oracle Product Hub for Communications, Release 12.1.1

  Hello,
We are setting up for the first time an environment with EBS + PIM. After installing the patch 8919063, as the readme states, we have to do some tasks. First of them, setting the Profile Option is ok and we already achieved it. The problem is about the second task as we don't know how to proceed with it. So far we understood that it's a piece of PL/SQL code which needs to be executed in the DB but the table FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS doesn't exist, and the following procedures are also missing:
