Is there a way to run the R30026P Cost componets report excluding Obsolete inventory or antoher way

Problem Descirption:  Month end and year end we roll our costs updates, we are using standard costing (07).  We have over 75 branchs where we stock and ship inventory. Month End we run the R30026P cost component report and export it to excel and review the X1 components(Freight) which need to be changed. Year end we reivew other costs components A1, B1, C1 and review what material and labor changes.  The report is over 75 pages.  Problem several branches the items are not longer sold and obsolete.  The end user needs to review each item and look in JDE to
