Help with Building Custom Reports using Averages

 Hi --

I'm trying to build a report that would show the average number of days it takes our organization to mark a lead as qualified and the average number of days to convert the lead (only to an opportunity). Whenever I use the "Avg # of Days to Convert" Lead Metric in the Lead History Analysis, the column with this metric is always blank.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
