How to link the tables

Can any give me the clue, how can i link the tables

FA_TRANSACTION_HEADERS  and FA_ASSET_INVOICES Actually i want to linclude the description of a source line (from FA_ASSET_INVOICES) and to track the CIP Asset Additions(FA_TRANSACTION_HEADERS) Any help on this is highly appreciated!!! Thanks and Regards Jithendra
