Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

R121.2-SET UP ERROR APP-OFA-48289

Started doing new R12.1.2 set ups for FAs. Created one asset key flexfiled, two asset categories flexfileds -major and minor and two asset location flexfields.

Trying to save system controls by choosing the above new asset flexfileds and entered 1 as the asset number. Got APP-OFA-48289 Unknown Error  Contact Sys admin error.

Any guidance is appreciated.
