Can possible to remove Cancellation status for OPEN PO.

 Hi ,

We have Prepared receipt 29878 against PO no. 40199 . Due to some reason this receipt has been rejected. Today we try to RTV, but not able to return this Receipt in RTV form.

After detialed checking we have find out one reason , Above PO (40199) have been cancelled. Thats why we have not able to Return this receipt.

So Pl. help Can possible to remove Cancellation status for OPEN PO. Our Application version is 11.5.9
