Is there any special instructions for installing Primavera Portfolio Manager (PPM) 8.0 on Windows 20

If you are going to install Primavera Portfolio Manager (PPM) 8.0 on Windows 2008 32-bit OS with an Oracle DB, is there anything special that I need to do for the Oracle DB Client install?
