Agent Events

I have added an agent event to OTM v5.5 and after both a reboot and calling cacheclear servlet I do not see it appearing in my drop down list on my shipment agent. I created the Agent Event stating that it was a Shipment Data Query Type. When I try to raise a shipment event in my Shipment Agent the new event does not show up in the dropdown list.

Is there a particular way to get this working?
