Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

In ATO Sales Order cycle, many times we encounter some workflow issues as given below and unable to progress order.

Workflow stuck with status : Notified for the Activity : Wait For CTO

Any idea to find the rootcause for this issue.
