How to optimize node failover

 Hi All,
We have a Oracle 10g [ 10.2.0.4 ] RAC setup on Solaris x86_64 platform. We did a node fail over test and it took 50 secs. But we need to reduce the time it takes to fail over to the surviving node. Please let me know how to reduce this to somewhere round 30 secs.
