getResourceDemand function is very slow

  In Primavera Risk Analysis (aka Pertmaster) v8.6, I use the getResourceDemand function a lot, to interrogate the costs of particular time periods during the iterations of a risk analysis.

I'm finding the function call is very slow - much slower than it used to be in v8.2.  This is making my risk analysis run much slower than expected.

Does anyone know if there is a reason for this, and is there anything I can do about it?
