Ultimate Predecessor

 Does anyone have a report, global change or layout that identifies all activities that are predecessors to an single milestone ? 

 We are looking to report on all active work that needs to be completed for specific phase change milestones, and trace logic is too light for our 15k activity project.

Please advise if anyone can offer advice.
