ERES Question

Can electronic signatures be setup to force the person performing a transaction to review and sign via ERES before saving? Whenever I try to perform the setup and have the approver be the person who is creating the transaction when I save no ERES window opens, it simply saves the data.

I know this isn't something that would be used a ton but our quality department wants an electronic signature whenever someone changes a lot status from 'Quarantined ' to something else. Anyone have a suggestion on how to set that up?
