Supply Tolerance Enhancements

Is anyone using this supply tolerance enhancements in R12? We are having issues where we schedule a batch to make 100,000 tablets but only produce 99,275. Then we have demand for 1000 bottles of vitamins that each take 100 tablets. When the packaging batch is created for 1000 bottles of vitamins the tablet batch is still in process so we don't know we are only going to get 99,725. When we launch an MRP plan we get a new signal saying we need to create another batch of the tablets (which has a minimum order quantity of 50,000) so that we can meet the demand to fill
