Unableto lauch BI publisher10.1.3.4.1

 Downloaded the software from Oracle.com and installed the BIEE 10.1.3.4.1. on XP professional machine service pack3

Pointed the Java_home to C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_19.

 Installation was successful.

 Automatically started OC4J and i see the message that J2EE is initialized.

But when i lauch BI Publisher page it open up but when i enter Administrator used id and pass word it says invalid but i unable to lauch BI publisher page/ analytics  from welcome page.

How to trouble shoot?.
