CPU Utilization is 98.18%, crossed warning agent grid control 10g

  hi everyone ,

i am using grid control 10g version 10.2.0.5 (platform windows xp) for monitoring different databases

one of my application database version 10.2.0.4(platform windows server 2003) whcih is recently upgrade from 9.2.0.6 with the application 11.5.10.2

after upgrade i continiously moniter that cpu utilization is reached on 99% critical.

i search this problem so i found on top activity some number of huge sessions of DBSNMP have created  which utilize cpu about 100%.

after i stop the grid agent on the target host so contention change to normal.

i  also search the sql query details so i found this query
