Announcement of community downtime

Hi all, while testing my MOS for another thread i found this on my dashboard under "Site alerts / Upcoming outages ..." :
 

Community Outage Planned for Weekend of April 16, 2010

The Community area on My Oracle Support will be unavailable for 1 hour on Friday April 16, 2010 starting at 9:00 PM Pacific Time (Saturday April 17, 4:00 AM GMT/UTC) due to system maintenance.

 
Now i look around here on the MOSC sites, but i don't find a similar hint about this outage. Have i looked at the wrong places or isn't there a hint ?
My start site is the community site, not the 'normal' support site, so it will be helpfull for me to see this alerts somewhere here.
