One-to-one DBA to Pay Type relationship - required in E1 9.0?

World did not require a one-to-one relationship between DBAs and pay types.  That is, pay types could be associated to multiple accrual DBAs in the Basis of Calculation screens. 

When we went to E1 8.10 back in 2006, we were told that a one-to-one relationship was required now, and 8.10 would not accept a one-to-many.  We did not rework our DBAs, just left them as they were in World.  This has caused a few interesting things to happen, but no show-stoppers. 

We were then told that, beginning in 8.12, E1 no longer requires a one-to-one relationship.  We are going live on 9.0 in June, and I wanted to see if this is true.  Anyone have any similar experiences?
