Unable to create accoutnting for depreciation

Hi All

I am in 12.1.2. When running the create accounting from Assets, the depreciation amounts (YTD) are not getting accounted. The create accounting indicates eligible transactions to account

What are the conditions create accounting checks for depreciation amounts to be accounted and from which table conditions it picks up records from FA tables

I have no problems with additions transfer

Any pointers would be highly appreciated
