  GLOBAL CHANGE - RESOURCE ASSIGNMENT

Could someone advise me on how to utilise the global change facility to do the following:
1. Where there is a "Resource ID Name" already assigned, do not change it but, add a new "Resource ID Name" to be selected from the dictionary.

In other words I am topping up resources to those already in existence on the programme.
