I-Assets/Online verification of Assets

 Hi - can someone please inform me if it is possible to use I-Assets not only for Transfer of assets, but also for asset verification, or if there is any other tool we can use.  Asset verification is done manually but users would prefer an online solution whereby they can see which assets are assigned to them and then verify.
